a little silly seriousness, in a seriously silly world
HA! Love the picture, haven't read the article yet, but I will. I love cats, but I have to tell you, those sweet, loveable, cuddly balls of fur become demons from hell when it's time for a pill or...dare I say...a bath. It's amazing how a 10 pound cat can overpower a 120 pound human.
Heehee! Great article!
That cat will get you if you give him a bath! sandie
Ahhh! No pets for me. I am allergic to fur.
I read the article. It's very funny, and too true.Love,Janie

Nick, your article is hysterical...and also informative. You've described, perfectly, the antics of a cat during the bathing process.
There is no way I am ever going to try and bathe Nina. I would rather take on a grizzly with a switch.
Ha.. well done. For anyone who knows cats, that's clearly not off the mark. Your humour reminds me of a book I just read last night. It's humourous poetry from the mind of a cat called "I Could Pee on This by Francesco Marciuliano. Very clever.. like you.
It is really difficult to bath a cat. I'm hoping my bunnies will remain flea free this summer because they definitely can't be bathed!Maggie xNuts in May
That face has cracked me up
That is quite the 'mad cat' ~ great post and photo ^_^
What a great expression! I used to bathe my cats because my husband was allergic and it helped cut down on dander. Never captured the statements they made like this!
That is a fun photo. I used to bath my angora cats. They looked so big until they got out of the shower. LOL
I'd definitely get out of the way of that cat! We had a flea problem once (yuck) and had to bathe our two cats numerous times -- they were actually pretty good about it -- funny looking, but good!
I have two cats, and they would have to have really got into something for me to even approach the idea of giving them a bath... I hurt just thinking about it=)Bythebookful
OMG! OMG!I just spit my coffee out.For real. Before I run off to get a dishtowel I want to thank you for the laugh! You are totally wonderfully completely and uniquely UNIQUE!a+++
LOL! We have a very silly cat. She will jump out from behind the shower curtain early in the morning after someone has just finished showering! She loves the water! The kitty in the photo is downright mad as heck! Hee Hee! Thanks for sharing and enjoy the weekend.
oh the expression on that cat's face is priceless!
Now, what have you done :) Go get them, cat! LOve the photo though!Have a lovely weekend.Scudds
There is NO WAY I could givemy old (17) cat a bath. Shewould totally ruin me...hahaThanks for sharingSandy
ha ha! wonderful article!I've washed my 2 cats. It's quite a tricky business!I've bathed them, not because of fleas (thank goodness!) but to keep their dander down. Although they definitely do not enjoy this process, it seems they feel better afterwards--when they finally become dry, that is. It's not too traumatic here, maybe because I started doing this when they were young.
THis is a Very funny picture...In my experience bathing cats is a Valiant business...Great job for the letter V...A+
Thanks for the photo and the link to the article. I really needed a good laugh today and you sure delivered!
Hi there, thank you for joining my blog. Good to meet you. It's a while since I owned a cat. I only tried bathing her a few times ... and that was enough. She was very good really, but the water terrified her.
I have that picture on the wall out here in my workroom and think it hilarious. One of my granddaughters has a cat that loves water so no problem bathing him whatsoever.
this cat really very angry.
I read somewhere, after my husband developed an allergy to cats, that if you wash them, you can wash off the dander that causes the allergic reaction. My cat was not happy, but, I grabbed him by the back of the neck and gave him a bath every week. This photo it perfect!
