For more than 50 years, L.Q. Jones was a familiar supporting character actor in numerous films and television shows from the 50s, 60s, and beyond. Lanky, tough and athletic, Jones could tackle any role although and was often cast as the "heavy" in westerns and dramas. Remembering him
