Tony Curtis

Two years ago today, we lost Tony Curtis. I recently spoke with Jill about life after Tony. Story in the Bronx Times. What's your favorite Tony Curtis movie?

You know I always just hate when we lose one of our old time actors - we don't have a whole lot left. His daughter seems like the real deal.

Seems like many of the oldies are dying off this year. Quite depressing.

Just another reminder of how OLD we're getting. All our favorite actors are passing away and here we don't even think of them as being old.

Funny how time works!

He was a great actor and such a handsome guy. Still, he lived to be 85 and for an actor that's a long time considering. So many of today's actors are dying young, although a lot of it is drug and alcohol related.

Mortality check.

Darn.

I hate when that happens.

I enjoyed your article from the Bronx Times. He was such a handsome man, but it was interesting to learn about his wife's passion in saving mistreated horses.

That was an enjoyable and interesting article...never knew about the horses ( or most of it ) though I do remember seeing him in movies when I was young.

I was always interested in his wife's work with horses...

He was one of the good ones, that's for sure!

Sad, but I honestly can't think of a Tony Curtis movie that I loved. :(
