Remembering Robert Clary

You’ve got to admire the imagination of sitcom writers from the 60s: Hollywood Hillbillies, talking horses, airborne nuns, and witches with twitches. So who would question setting a comedy in a German POW camp? Not CBS, who had an enormously popular success with “Hogan’s Heroes” when it aired in 1965.
